Pterophoridae

I spotted this Pterophoridae, or Plume Moth, on the window this morning.  I’m not sure whether it was being obliging or just a bit dopey, but it allowed me to nudge it firstly onto my lens cap where I took this shot, and then onto a sheet of paper where I took one showing a more conventional view of it, which I’ve added as an extra.  Photoshoot over, I released it outside unharmed.
