The End...

...of this lovely book.
I had never heard of the writer before but went by Amazon reviews. They were right!
It's a beautiful, at times sad and poignant love story told through a grandma to her granddaughter. 
I have another two books by Fiona Valpy lined up so I'm looking forward to bedtime already!

We just did our Click and Collect at Morrisons and are on the way back to the house. 
The blue sky and sunshine from yesterday are gone and today is cold and grey but I have some sewing - the patchwork - to be getting on with so I'll be indoors anyway.
