Summer Evening

The orange glow behind the trees appealed to me. I like the stark silhouette of dead ash trees along the edge of the reeds set against the evening sky. Yet, above it is still blue. Hot weather returned today, only to be expected in August. The sun fighting to penetrate low cloud produced only a tiny sunstar.

As usual, I tried to lift the shadows sufficiently to see some detail, although the adjustment was extreme enough to see significant noise. I tried to compensate as best I could.
