On A Dull Day

There was actually a bit of light at the end of the day lighting up these brown-eyed susans. Even so, on a dull day they make for a colourful image.

I've been experimenting with a wide angle lens, getting close to one flower to exaggerate it, forcing those in the distance to appear smaller. It's quite a challenge at this range to organise the blooms and gaps in between so they make an interesting arrangement.

Some groups just don't work at all, too dense and overlapping, others it's hard to isolate one or two in the foreground. I don't think this is the best, but I keep trying.
