Sunday: Pacheedaht Camping

Time to check out of our lovely accommodation this morning.  It’s been a lovely stay - the views from our balcony were just amazing.

H and J are staying on the island a few days longer so we parted ways after checkout as they were heading north and we were slowly wending our way back to the ferry.  We made a few scenic stops en route, including here at the Pacheedaht First Nations’ camping ground.  

I realize that a lot of my shots are of water and greenery but we just feel so lucky to have this around us.

We also stopped for a walk on Jordan River Beach before finally catching the 5pm ferry home.

A little messing around with our internet provider as we had been cut off in our absence but all well now.

Barney has shown his usual delight at us being home by walking straight past us as we got home to go outside....
