Beach Bum

It has been a glorious day here today, so this afternoon the girls and I went down to the beach for them to have a swim, and I started my latest book club book. I'm about 50 pages in, and it is dull, dull, dull. The main character appears to be an assassin, and I think his modus operandi is to be the Big I Am to Bore People to Death. But we only had a couple of other people sharing the beach with us, despite it being in the high 20s. It was WARM.

We went over to friends' for dinner with some other friends. Ended up staying until about 10.30pm. Everyone was just having fun and chatting/playing without realising that time was flying.
