Évoramonte

Well, seeing as Mike has said this would be my Blip, I guess it better be... he did stop by the side of the road so I could get this photo. 

Évoramonte, seen from the road, on our way home from Mora, where we went to visit folk. It looked so lovely, we climbed the hill and had a drink in the café by the castle (extra); the views from up there are amazing, and include at least two other castles on distant hills - an old defence system where fires could be seen all along a line across the middle of the Alentejo.

Gratefuls:
- one of Bia's pizzas, they are so good
- Mike's driving and being kept safe on sometimes dangerous roads 
- the prospect of sleeping in my own bed, with a fan
