We drove to Villefranche (if you've ever seen Dirty Rotten Scoundrels you'd recognise it) to see friends from Sweden.
We had an apero listening to a jazz band first, then dinner right next to the sea, crystal clear, then walked back to the parking past all the little fishing boats. 
Shame the drive home was diverted and took an extra hour :(
