Pylon

Tall structures such as pylons and transmitters have always filled me with a mix of awe and terror.
I’m not certain why this should be, I don’t think it’s the massive amounts of electricity involved, but more to do with their sheer size and a perceived appearance of fragility.
Maybe I saw too many films featuring such structures being destroyed by gigantic monsters when I was young!
