Walkerburn View

A stunning morning, warm too.  Headed south, cooler and cloudy.  A sunny evening.

Up early, finished off packing.  Dropped off Sammy at Madeline's, and she made breakfast.   Next stop, Sumburgh airport, and headed south.  The break away was booked before lockdown, and not been cancelled.  I was panicking about it, but just have to stay safe and now get on with it.  Arrived in Edinburgh this morning, spent the day in Livingston, before heading to Walkerburn and the self catering cottage.

Arrived at the cottage by 5pm, and the stress left.  It's in a small village, and thankfully very quiet, like home.  Placed next to the River Tweed, with good links to plenty of places I want to visit.  I'll be trying my best to keep clear of cities, large crowds and tourist hot spots.  This is the view from the cottage, looking over the rugby pitch and River Tweed on the right.
