There are those who say that watching television in the middle of the day is a slippery slope to a sedentary life style.  And I would have to agree with them - to a certain extent.

But honestly - with a day like today with a yellow warning for rain issued for Dumfries and Galloway - and the prospect of watching live, Stage 5 of that iconic race that is Le Tour - an exception just had to be made ………………..
