Fireside

Lovely day, really lovely day. Started too early with an excited youngest wanting to get up and play (and go in the hot tub).  I hopped into bed with him for half an hour to keep him vaguely asleep, before giving up.  We were in the hot tub by 9am and it was very nice.  They went in again with Granny and Grandpa this afternoon. Day spent ambling around, a walk this morning, bikes this afternoon and just a lovely day not really doing very much. 

Today I'm grateful for
Time spent with the boys that hasn't included the phrase 'I'm just.... (hanging out the washing, washing up, tidying, cleaning - anything but giving you attention at the moment) 
Granny, Grandpa and the boys in the hot tub and the laughs that could be heard 
Tired children who went to sleep very well - along with the husband
