Stamp time again

It’s 4 months since the last envelope containing the Road Runners magazine arrived and today’s delivery supplied another interesting collection of stamps.

We went to do a small shop at a wholesalers in town this morning. It was very quiet as usual and we got what we needed. I was absolutely exhausted and my ribs were painful. I think that I overdid things!!!

I received a package from the Cardiac Rehab nurse yesterday, with a programme, an activity plan and a pedometer. I think that it is quite generic for any cardiac patient and that I need to go at a pace that suits me!!
