Spring Chick(s)

OK, so I may no longer qualify as being a "spring chicken," but fortunately most days I still feel like one :) Had a lovely day today with some time off (thanks, sweetie), cupcake baking (yellow cake with chocolate mocha frosting!), a movie (Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood), and some of my mother-in-law's delicious home cooking (zhajiang mian, one of my favorites). All in all a great birthday.

(Is it me, or have there been a lot of March birthdays on blipfoto?)
