What no banner

Bitter sweet crossing of the Tyne. I've come up to my sister's for our virtual Great North Run which I'm excited about but a little sad that it's not the real deal. Hopefully when I cross the Tyne this time next year that GNR will be back up.

The other bonus of coming up is meeting her gorgeous new cat, and totally adorable new kitten. Felt a bit sad that C isn't with me but she'd probably be sneaking her out in her rucksack!

K & I had a long walk up the coast this afternoon, before a chilled out evening watching a film. At least we only have to step out the front door to start our run in the morning.
