K. and I went out to run a few errands today, including buying some walking shoes for........erm..........walking.  We have both been doing a lot more walking of late so thought we might as well invest.  All that said, we didn’t really do any further outdoor activity today as the air quality was not conducive to it.  It remains very hazy and smoky and there’s a certain thickness to the air.  That was actually fine as it enabled us to catch up with ourselves after being away.

There aren’t many heritage buildings on West Broadway but this is one of them.
