Sunday: Smoke On The Water

Today was the annual commemoration of the Battle of Britain in Stanley Park.  I was asked to give the speech this year, which I was happy to do, even if it was in severely reduced circumstances.   Normally it draws a large crowd, but this year attendance had to be limited to 25.

There was a lunch afterwards at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club.  The haze you can see is from the forest fires to the south.
