Reassembly

Quarantine day 3

I had this Smiths clock mechanism reassembled by 11 am but then discovered there was slight wear on two pivots that I had missed. I disassembled the clock again and replaced two bushes and now the clock is going fine. All the repairs in the afternoon went well so I was pleased that I got a lot done today. A friend came round in the evening with a few items from the shop next door which we cannot use during quarantine. She is so kind. She would not accept any payment so I gave her a winter squash and some Swiss chard to say thank you.
