Al fresco lunch

JR picked Pretzel up, then went off to the gym. Robert took Archie a long walk, and I sat in the sunshine and read my book on my phone. 

After our usual coffee and sorting the world out with Robert (in the front garden), we set off with the dogs to Bruntsfield, via the Links, for a run around (the dogs, not us). We decided to have a sharing platter and a beer at Monty’s and we sat outside. Although we weren’t on the sunny side, it was still warm enough.

We walked back home, and who should we bump into but wee Isobel (Extra) and her mum! We all walked along to the Links and let the dogs off for a run around, but it was wee Izzy who kept whizzing off into the distance. Jings she was fast. Just as well her mum was fast too.

What a nice day we had! And tomorrow we have a special delivery - and we’re VERY excited about it.
