Wild Wednesday

The weather was a little inclement this morning but it got out dry and fine this afternoon...though not particularly warm!

One of those days filled with numerous little tasks and it was late afternoon when I realised I didn’t have a blip...then this little fella turned up within 20 feet of me running and tumbling all over the lawn before disappearing into a shrubbery. Luckily it made a second appearance and posed for a few seconds like a meerkat before hiding beneath the nearby slabs (extra). I think it’s a stoat...the main difference between it and a weasel being a black tipped tail but typically it’s tail didn’t feature in any of the shots I got!!
