Really Big Martini Day

I do a dance practice called NIA-your body's way of moving-and after class we went to lunch at Ginny and Janie's IGA, a fun and funky coffee and collectibles shop with the most unusual items for sale. While waiting for your food, it is fun to browse and check out the wares. I saw some wonderful signs, but the really big martini glass caught my eye. I'm not much of a drinker, but when I saw the gigantic glass, I had to laugh...for those really rough days, a martini drinker would love this glass! We all danced in solidarity of One Billion Rising, a world wide rising up of women and people to end violence against women. The statistics say that 1 out of 3 women on the planet will be raped or abused in their lifetime. We must all stand up and end the violence now!
