And a Keg of Moonshine

I pass this large mural almost daily and have for several years. It depicts an elk in the fall season. The curious part for me is the keg of moonshine. How does that really belong here? What is it supposed to mean?

At our business the monstrous dig is over. The hole has been back-filled. The water is back on and the electricity is reconnected. I can only hope that is the end of it all!  My kids are worn out. 

My daughter moved iris around for me this morning. I am so thankful for her kind assistance. I am not able to dig as I once did. I wanted to mix some of the colours I have. Next May I will know how successful we've been.
