Churchyard fungus

Today we went to do the interment of my Mums ashes at Old Warden churchyard. I picked up the flower vase on the way which a local lady had done for me. Then met husband in the car park. Whilst waiting for the chap to arrive with the ashes, I was wandering around and saw these lovely mushroomy things at the base of the old tree.
A couple of extras, of the other mushroomy thing and the flowers.
As you can tell, I’m no expert about fungus. But they do make for a good blip.
I’m satisfied that I made the right decision today not to leave this task any longer. It was the right thing to do. Despite the bundles of rain over the last few days it was dry whilst we were at the churchyard, very quiet and peaceful. In a few weeks time I will get the memorial vase stone inscription added to and cleaned up.
