Trick or treat?

Mr A spotted these in Asda and passed the comment that for this year, should it not be track and trace?

It does seem a bit pointless having all the trick or treat stuff for sale; surely that’s not going to be allowed?
Saying that, the rules seem to be changing every few minutes so who knows what will be going on by Halloween; maybe we will be in for a treat rather than more tricks :-(
