Diary of an Edinburgher

Sushi night

The last few nights, Archie has needed out quite desperately, but not last night. He hasn’t got his toys out today at all, which is unheard of. But he went off quite happily with Becky and Daniel, and they said he seemed his usual self - he’s never that bouncy anyway. But they met Hamish, which was quite an experience for them, for they didn’t know to let him go (after checking it was safe) and he dragged them the whole way, barking like mad. They would have thought it was his usual barking at random dogs, and tried to stop him. They said Hamish ‘seemed pleased’ to see Archie. I took him out again later and he was fine, but still he’s been lethargic at home.

I ignored the folded up tricycle in the hallway (it is pretty amazing) and read about the pros and cons of tricycles, which I should have done beforehand, of course.

Hazel popped over, she’s our ‘bubble’. Sushi nibbles tonight. Archie has learned once again that the new  coffee table is NOT doggie nose level. It was a pleasantly late night.
