... oh no, praps not, it's freezing - let's go home...

After a late start, slow shower, lunch, a rest, then a concoction of Lemsip, ibuprofen, Benylin, decongestant, vitamin supplements, throat spray, and armed with a pocketful of tissues, I made it to the beach with Richard, Tess, the dog and my camera, just before sunset.

It was very cold and the wind was far too harsh for a woman with a bad chest, but I managed to forget myself for 2 minutes and focus on the colours getting prettier over the sea as the light faded.

Coughing badly now and my throat feels really irritated, and not really up to sorting through the photos I've taken. So I've plonked some here
