Lifted

Asparagus plants, covered in water droplets from last night's heavy rain, shimmering in the morning sunshine.  Such a delight to walk to the allotment before work this morning.  The oppressive atmosphere of the last few days, lifted off of us with the clear light and sunshine.  Things felt alive again! 

A day of trying to be proactive and focused at work.  Have been invited to lead an important project.  All being well I will accept.  Slightly scared but excited at the same time.  Interesting how concentrating on changing the way I think and do things is helping me work from home and develop my role.
