Health food drink?

I know, I know! Very naughty. I only had one though after work.

Everywhere was very quiet in Solihull today. It was the first day of half term week and most people with kids had booked most, if not all of the week off. Strangely enough, a couple of the ones who often work from home came in to escape from their kids or their partner's kids! Modern living eh? As for me, I thought I ought to go in as Mondays and Wednesdays are the only days I do go in.

I was going to take my work laptop in to have Office 2010 put on it (I currently have 2007) but the person doing the upgrading was also off for half term!

It was a gorgeous sunny day but much colder than the lovely weekend we'd all had. I went out at 1pm to get a sandwich and walk round the block and I phoned mom while I was out. She thought it was funny I was worried yesterday! When I rang her at the usual time yesterday early evening, there was no answer on either the house phone or the mobile. I don't mind telling you I was a bit alarmed as mom never went out after 3pm. She phoned me about an hour later and it turned out she'd had cravings for a Chinese takeaway and walked up the road to get one! Once I'd got over the shock, I was quite pleased really. I told mom she really should take her phone if she goes out in future. How times change....

Anyway, Skyfall came out on DVD today and it was waiting in the porch when I got back home.
