looking down his beak at me - as i tried desperately - to continue backing up - to get a better photo - but he insisted on pushing - forward into me - i suppose to investigate what - it was i was holding - there was no convincing him - it wasn’t food - and believe me - i wasn’t going to stick - my camera or my hand - out into the long beak - so i simply went for it - snap, snap

and it ended up - the flash went off - startling the heck - out of said goose - who began honking and flapping - his great big wings - and it created this stark background - making a rather intriguing - head portrait of my goose - no other options - so this is my offering - i believe it’s enough to make it...
