Oysters.

Last evening we celebrated Miss Tbays birthday with just the family due to lockdown. We decided that drinks and canapés was the way to go. This is the birthday girl holding wine and oysters , her treat to herself, and ready to party! I have to confess I am not a raw oyster fan but both Mr Tbay Jnr and Miss Tbay are BIG fans. I do love cooked oyster however! Her actual birthday is on Tuesday but it was felt to be a better idea to celebrate over the weekend!

Mrs Tbay Jnrs Mum then volunteered to cook a roast lunch for us today too! Looks as if any hope of  the diet is a forlorn hope this weekend!

So today we all enjoyed a huge joint of roast pork with all the trimming! Just delicious!
