Fairmilehead Park

After breakfast a walk around the park in the sunshine, get my Saturday blip of Fairmilehead Park, and extra walking through the woodland, before heading to the paper shop, and then to the local café to get some tiramisu for dessert at teatime. It was the best part of the day.

Heavy rain showers peppered the rest of the day. That meant doing the weekly bike maintenance very quickly, although I had quite a lot to do as the cycle paths are quite gloopy with leaf litter. I managed to get it all done before lunchtime.

Heavy showers after lunch meant my partner and I were quite late walking down to Morningside to get extra groceries. The rain shower headed south, and we only had a little light rain to deal with. Afterwards, it was straight home, then up to the local café for a nice Saturday afternoon coffee. As we had been late heading to Morningside, and the sun sets really early, no late afternoon walk.

The tiramisù was very nice. Now watching Commissario Montalbano.
