Cold Busker

I dropped Rosie off at the station for her journey back to Leeds. As with the best laid plans nothing goes quite to plan. The problems on the East Coast Line meant her direct train from King's Cross to Leeds complete with a booked seat was cancelled. Fortunately she caught a delayed train going to Hull and a change at Doncaster will mean she actually gets to Leeds at her original expected time.

I wonder when the rail companies will start investing never ending fare increases in their infrastructure. The idea that today's customers pay for tomorrow's improvements seems to be peculiar to former state owned businesses in a non competitive market; that really can't be right.

Anyhow a walk round a distinctly chilly Winchester resulted in my blip of this chap. A return to the busker theme. I have no idea who he is the only song I heard him play was She's Electric an Oasis track.
