Cooper's Hawk

Or at least we think it's an immature bird. There are quiet a few varieties to choose from and Cooper's and Sharp Shinned look very similar when juveniles.

This afternoon we wondered around Henry's Hill and Wayside Forest making as much noise and being as visible as possible. It's hunting season and this year SVT has issued archery hunting licenses for deer. We did spot one blind up a tree but it was empty.
