A present for Archie

Archie’s favourite day - Elizabeth took him out AND she brought him his doggie Advent Calendar. 

I rang Uncle A, but he was heading out shopping in the afternoon, so I accompanied JR on a dander into town. Sad to see the Grassmarket pubs and outdoor seating empty on a glorious Saturday. All the cafes were busy, and in fact, we couldn’t get a seat at one of our favourites.

I got the bus home, and it just arrived at the bus top at the same time as I did. I LOVE that!

Home in time to read a bit more of my book, then watch the Wales/England game.
