Long but fun day
The day started at 5am today. I suspect Oscar woke up Bailee when he got up as they both came into our room together. I marched them back to their room and put them into their beds with a pile of books each. Unbelievably, at 6am when I went in to check they were still tucked up reading the books!
It went downhill from there, as Bailee was very tired. Our Bailee needs her 14-15 hours sleep daily.
Miss Maple, on the other hand did a marathon sleep. Her best ever. She went 7pm-7 with a dream feed at 1030pm. She isn't at all phased by her casts now. She is enjoying the sound they make from kicking!
Oscar especially had a fabulous time at Kindermusik today. We have changed the class time and the class is a much smaller size. The twins both seem much more confident with the smaller class size. They joined in a lot. Oscar is getting very quick with following actions, dancing and singing. Bailee loves the 'musical buffet' the most. She loves to choose and exchange instruments to play and bring back for me!
We got home and did some painting. Oscar is always far more interested in painting himself than anything else! They love to get messy.
In the afternoon we had a lovely playdate with Oscar and Bailee's friend Harry and his little sister Scarlett. They live in a Villa, so it is a nice change from our apartment. Oscar and Bailee love going there. Bailee was insistent I went on the trampoline with her. We shared a lot of laughs bouncing together, even if I had to dodge the sunshade!
