Monday: Secret Cove

We checked out of our Airbnb this morning.  We’ve been very lucky with the weather although it did rain quite heavily today.  We wrapped up well, having learnt over the years that there is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.  In theory.........

We stopped off at Secret Cove (seen here), Porpoise Bay Park and another park just south of Sechelt with a lovely waterfall.  We stopped for lunch in Gibsons before catching the mid-afternoon ferry back to Horseshoe Bay.  We’re home now and reunited with Barney.  

It’s been a great few days away.  Very restorative and restful.
