Oregon Grape

Saw this plant as I walked back from the postal service to mail my secret Santa gift. I’ll say no more about that. What was especially cool was that as I spotted these and took a look I saw an Anna’s hummingbird enjoying the flowers. By the time I got my phone out of my backpack she was off to a perch in some nearby bushes. So I got to see her but not take her picture.
