Today's the day ………………………… to think positively

After all those political broadcasts yesterday evening, detailing the new Covid19 restrictions about to be put into place, there will be quite a few people out there today feeling tattered and torn - and a bit ragged round the edges.

But as dunkyc so succinctly put it, it was just a case of 'the government finally conceding to what the average person on the street could have told you weeks ago - namely that easing restrictions for five days over Christmas, so multiple households could mix, was a universally bad idea'.  And is it really going to be all that bad?  It's certainly going to be different.  It might even be nice different - or at the very least an opportunity for some lateral thinking and something new.

Who can be down-hearted when Bill Bailey and Oti won Strictly  last night?  That was against all the odds too …………………….!
