2020 Saturday — The Collection

We’ve just completed our annual holiday card. We dropped it into the local Post Office yesterday afternoon.

While the two of us worked on it, we talked about some of the previous editions. We learned a number of years ago that when we want to remember when we went to a particular place, our family fact checker is to grab the bundle of cards and look till we find the answer.

Every year I think it’s time to stop and then we realize the significance of the year that is concluding, so we write the details and arrange the photos. Mr.Fun does the cover/photo side and I do the letter side.

We love receiving holiday cards. It’s fun to read what others write and share. We’ve especially enjoyed the personal mail we’ve received throughout this year of pandemic and isolation.
