Up close and personal

Despite having had plans to go out and walk and at least spend some time together, my body decided that wasn't to be today, so I have been sofa bound for much of it. Found a bit of energy to cook a lovely beef in red wine for tea (and two portions have been frozen...part of my preparations for recovery).

Also spent an hour painting a couple of canvases - just done backgrounds at the moment but I have ideas, so that's a start.

Other than that, the drugs don't work. Not today anyway :-(
