A Petrified Tree

A quick trip up to the garden centre this morning to pick up a little something for my friend's birthday tomorrow.  The fields are still slightly flooded between Oakley bridges and I noticed a few trees had fallen, including one in the extras, which must have dropped onto the road and has damaged the fence.

I tried to come home a different route to add a few miles as my car battery says it has discharged, but the road across the bridge at Radwell is still closed.

Whatever you're doing tonight, stay safe and be sensible please,  and then just maybe we'll start to see light at the end of the tunnel in 2021.
