Still hanging on!

On 1st October I blipped this rose as a bud entitled "The last Rose of Summer".   Today the garden had a sprinkle of snow and there is the Rose still hanging on.   This rose is one of those varieties which opens one colour and changes as it ages.   Somebody is thinking how does he know it is the same rose.   Well as we only have one rose and it has only had this single flower since October it isn't too hard.

New Years eve was planned as it has been for the last couple of decades or so.   Originally with "the Mate" and his late wife now just the three of us having a day long "film fest".  We project whatever DVDs take our fancy on to the wall giving a picture of approx 2.3.m (7' 6").
