Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

More snow! More blue skies! More no wind!! I love this weather. Though I do not like the icy pavements. JR took Archie out first thing, but Annemique (who used to walk Archie) texted mid morning to say she was coming to the Links, could we meet up. Sure thing. So Archie and I tottered slowly round there - the pavements were still quite snowy, so not too icy.

Annemique and Indie were chatting to a lady with a frisky black lab puppy, but Archie was nice to the wee thing. I tried to get a decent photo of Archie and Indie, but with not much success. (Extra) But we had a good catch up - Annemique is thinking of going back home to Sweden, and having a change of career. She doesn’t want to be sitting at a computer for the rest of her life. She fancies... midwifery!

We tottered back home, and Archie didn’t have time to take his coat off, as he was straight back out again with Elizabeth! No snoozing today, Arch.

We’re off First Footin’ to Hazel (our bubble) this evening.

Watched an interesting series on iPlayer called ‘Celebrity: A 21st Century Story’. I see Series 8 of ‘Spiral’, a French detective programme  starts tonight. Great.
