In the pink!!

As I feel today, a weight off my mind. More negotiations with BT, have apologised for cancellation of Technicians visit (unknown reason)  apart from the fact I was in the dark.  I asked them to put me back to old contract, and I am supposed to get £25. for cancellation!! They will send me a label to return the hub which I did not open. Hoping  for less stress this week, hope all my Blipper friends are as well as can be expected in this continuing turmoil! XX
