Crochet

I promised myself a lazy day and that’s what I’m having. I’ve been listening to A Perfect Spy on BBC Sounds while I crochet - this is the blanket/throw thing. I’m teaching myself - my mum taught me when I was a child but I preferred knitting, embroidery and tapestry so had totally forgotten the stitches.

Ella WhatsApped to show me her Harry Potter watch which she got with Christmas money. Then she read to me a bit and then showed me her drawings. Her mum says she has drawn all day apart from when her dad took her out for a bike ride. Nathaniel has built his lego all day.

Good news from friends in Edinburgh, Lancs and Ipswich. They are all in age 70-75 age group and get vax tomorrow or Monday.
