Like Lowry on the canal path

Into Kendal this morning for a check up at the dentist. Given my aversion to returning the way I came, whatever the journey, I decided to cross the river and walk back along the old canal path.

One of the (slim) silver linings of the lockdown is people out walking together, and there were plenty of people doing that, this morning, although my photo rather fails to capture the multitude!.

I do like this photo, though: it has something of a Lowry about it, with the figures and the blank sky.
