Rails and Fences

Kind of a non-stop day. The first big excitement was an appointment at the DMV to get my "Real ID." What does that say when the DMV counts as excitement? A couple errands followed, including the purchase of a new toaster. The afternoon centered around taking Felix to the vet; he unfortunately snagged a foreleg on something...maybe the bunny's pen, or even the bunny's teeth. (It had been healing until he worried at it this morning.) All will be well, though; he's doing fine and seemed to enjoy the car ride if not the antibiotic shot. I sang to him as we drove and we decided to take in the excitement of buying milk and zipping through the ATM lane at the bank. 

Back home have been doing a little writing and a little interesting background reading on the Lollards of the 14th century. :-)
