Lesson Learned

Walked to a pond near my house and saw this tree with the moon behind it. Lovely shot, I thought. Although it was even better when I first got there, as in the lower left of the tree there was an owl or something resting there. By the time I got my tripod and camera all set up, too late, bird had flown off. So from now on, have the equipment ready to go from the moment I leave my door, just in case.
