Kirkcudbright Lifeboat Station

Today's the day …………………….. to abandon

It stopped raining long enough for me to take a walk out along the shore of Kirkcudbright Bay as far as the Lifeboat Station.  It was all looking rather damp and miserable I'm afraid - and not helped by the sight of this abandoned rowing boat, that had definitely seen better days.

Never mind though - a bit of good news in the post yesterday.  We have appointments for a vaccine jag next Tuesday - in the Pipe Band Hall in Kirkcudbright. 

We're hoping that the Pipe Band will be playing there at the same time, to add to the celebrations ……………………..!
