A geometric Abstract Thursday...

...with a swing...
It was so sunny this morning we set out on a slightly longer walk after coffee time. Called in at the deserted playground for abstract shadowy shapes ;) 
It was chilly with the wind in our faces as we walked to Scout Dyke, but quite sheltered when we dropped down to the level of the reservoir. The res was frozen over - probably 10 years since I've seen it like that - and the birds were gathered in quite a small area of water. See extras for the ice!

Took a trip to Wakefield for essential supplies this aft - the furthest we've been since mid-December! It will be matched on Saturday when we go to Huddersfield for Roy's first jab ;)
